I was attracted first by its clear interface and powerful features. With Apollo DVD to Zune, you can rip your favorite DVD movie to WMV, H.264, MPEG-4 (.mp4), MP3, WMA that playable on Zune. The conversion speed is super fast with high quality.
There are two modes for you ripping a DVD movie, preview mode and list mode. The preview mode is totally different from common ripping process. It is faster than traditional ripping mode and experiences without sync problem. In list mode, you will see all the titles and chapters of your DVD movie, and you can rip several DVDs at a time in this mode. There are 8 system languages available by Apollo DVD to Zune: English, Chinese, Japanese, Dutch, Spanish, French, Russian and Hungarian. It is the most mulit-languages I have ever seen in the market.
As an advanced user, Apollo DVD to Zune allows you to set customize parameters at will, including video size, frame rate, bit rate, codec, channels, etc. Before converting, you can check the following options:
1. Check Fast forward to main movie when playing you can skip the non-recordable part in a DVD.
2. Check Get DVD information automatically after loading to get Title, Studio, Genre, Release Date from the internet.
3. Check Shutdown computer when job is done to automatically shut down the computer when done.
4. Check Deinterlace video when ripping you can avoid deinterlace in output video file.
Apollo DVD to Zune is a perfect software compared with the peers in the market. It is priced at $29.95, quite reasonable to its high quality. So I highly recommend it to Zune users.
